Come celebrate the Summer Solstice with Shannon and Lucy! We are joining forces to offer a very special class that will be an embodied flow of our dance around the Sun and an embodied prayer of gratitude to our Mother Earth. This will be a sacred intentional practice that blends the ancient wisdom of Yoga with timeless indigenous teachings of gratitude and connection. Movement will be beginner friendly though some yoga experience is recommended, Wear clothes you can move and stretch and feel comfy in. Weather permitting we will practice outdoors in the sweet embrace of Nature :)

In honor of Summer Solstice, feel free to stay for a dip in the pool after and/or to bring any plant-based dish you wish to share!

THIS IS A DONATION BASED WORKSHOP with all of the proceeds going to a local KC nonprofit organization called BRIDGING THE GAP that works to make the KC region sustainable by “connecting environment, economy and community”, and is the premier organization in the area providing environmental education and volunteer action through more than 1,400 volunteers annually.
